ABOUT THE VALATIE ARTISAN FEST
ARTISANS PAY NO COMMISSIONS TO V.E.R.A.
Artisan Exhibitors collect 100% of their sales income and are responsible for processing their sales and collecting and reporting NY State sales tax (8% in Columbia County)
HOURS: Exhibitors must be present and open during all public hours
LIMITED NUMBER OF SPACES
SECURITY & LIABILITY:
V.E.R.A. is not liable for loss, theft or damage of any kind to booths / products
CHECK-IN & SET UP:
SPACES: will be assigned in advance.
Artisans must keep all materials within their allocated space and may not block egress for merchants, restaurants or private residences.
Artisans agree to remain on the premises until the end of the fair--5PM
